Overview
The IT Solutions Technician apprenticeship is designed for individuals who support and maintain IT systems within an organisation. This includes providing technical support, resolving issues and ensuring systems, devices and networks operate effectively. Learners will develop practical skills in troubleshooting, system maintenance and user support, helping organisations maintain reliable and efficient IT operations. Throughout the programme, learners will build confidence in using a range of IT tools, systems and technologies to diagnose and resolve problems. They will learn how to work with internal users and stakeholders, manage service requests and support day-to-day operations. This hands-on approach ensures learners can contribute to real business environments, improving system performance, supporting productivity and maintaining service standards
