Thirty hours of AI leadership. No exams.

Three Level 5 units for the managers and leaders already making decisions about AI. Twelve sessions each, and every piece of work is done on your own organisation rather than a case study. Locally, only two providers are approved to deliver these. We are one of them.

Your organisation leaves with

  • A governance model and risk appetite
UNIT AU0010

AI Adoption, Procurement and Governance

Taking an approved idea through to something people actually use, with accountability and monitoring that holds.

Why Digitex

Training that shows up in the work on Wednesday

Small cohorts, experienced tutors, and content tied to the job. If it cannot be used the week after it is taught, it does not belong on the programme.

AI is in every programme, not bolted on

Every learner uses AI tools on live work from the first month, whichever programme they are on. That is the point of Digitex.

A named tutor who knows your business

One person, start to finish. They learn how you work, and they teach against your systems rather than a generic scheme of work.

Work that is useful before it is assessed

Coursework is your work. Learners build the content, the campaign, the automation or the fix your business actually needed.

Progress you can see without asking

Skills scans, an individual learning plan and reviews on a fixed rhythm, so nobody drifts and nothing surfaces late at assessment.

Paperwork handled, evidence kept in order

We work out what applies, submit it and keep the evidence audit ready. You are not managing an administrative process.

Recruitment included when we deliver

Advertise, screen, check eligibility and shortlist. You interview people who are already qualified in and ready to start.

How it runs

What the first year actually looks like

Most providers will not tell you this until you have signed. Here is the whole cadence, up front.

We learn the roles, not just the vacancy

A short conversation about what the work involves, what is going wrong, and which of the four programmes actually fits. If none of them do, we say so.

Recruit, or start with who you already have

If you are hiring we advertise, screen and shortlist for you. If you are upskilling, we check eligibility and confirm the position in writing.

Onboarding that takes hours, not weeks

Skills scan, individual learning plan, and the training plan signed by all three parties. We handle the service account steps with you.

Delivery on a fixed rhythm

Scheduled sessions with the tutor, off the job hours tracked as they happen, and a progress review every eight to twelve weeks with you in the room.

Gateway and End Point Assessment, prepared for

Mock assessments, portfolio checks and a gateway meeting before anything is submitted. Nobody goes to assessment underprepared.

What happens next is planned before it ends

Progression onto the next level, into the AI Units, or into a wider role. The conversation happens at month twelve, not the week they finish.
