Level 3 apprenticeship · Sales and Marketing

A marketer who owns the campaign and the numbers behind it

Multi Channel Marketer builds the person who plans a campaign, runs it across the channels that matter, and comes back with what it returned. Not a social media poster. Somebody who understands the audience, the budget and the reporting, and can hold a conversation about all three.

Is it the right fit

You probably need this if

  • Marketing is being done by whoever has time that week
  • You are spending on ads and nobody can tell you what came back
  • You have a list and you are not emailing it
  • You need one person who can join up social, email, web and search
Where the AI comes in

Learners use AI for audience research, segmentation, ad and email variants, landing page copy and performance summaries, then learn to test properly so the tool is improving results rather than just producing more.

Entry requirements

Level 2 English and maths, or working towards them during the programme. Employed for at least thirty hours a week with the right to work in England, and in a role with enough real work to evidence the standard. We check every learner against the eligibility rules before anything is committed.

In the job

What the role involves

  • Planning and delivering campaigns across multiple channels
  • Managing social, email and website content
  • Researching audiences, markets and competitors
  • Monitoring campaign budgets and spend
  • Analysing performance and reporting on results
  • Keeping brand and messaging consistent everywhere
End Point Assessment

How it is assessed

Assessed at the end of the programme by an independent assessment organisation. For this standard the assessment is normally a work based project with a presentation and questioning, alongside a professional discussion underpinned by a portfolio of evidence built during the programme. We confirm the exact method, the assessment organisation and the gateway requirements with you in writing before the training plan is signed.

We prepare for it

Mock assessments, portfolio checks and a gateway meeting before anything is submitted. Nobody goes to assessment underprepared.
