Four programmes · digital, creative and IT

Four programmes. Delivered properly.

We could list forty standards and deliver them thinly. We deliver four, in the sectors we know, with the same tutors and the same AI tooling running through all of them. Everything below is work based, and starts when you are ready rather than on a college timetable.

Questions employers ask

The things people ring up about

What does an apprenticeship involve for us

A role with enough real work to meet the standard, six hours a week of off the job learning on average, and a manager who joins the progress review every eight to twelve weeks. We handle the rest, including eligibility, evidence and the paperwork. Everything is confirmed in writing before anything is signed.

Can we put existing staff on an apprenticeship

Yes, and most of our starts are exactly that. The role has to involve enough new learning to meet the standard, and the person needs the right off the job time. We check both before we commit.

How much time does the apprentice spend away from the job

Off the job learning is a minimum of six hours a week on average, and much of it happens inside the working day on live tasks. It is not a day a week at college.

Who does the recruitment if we want a new starter

We do, where we are delivering the training. We advertise, screen, check eligibility and shortlist. You interview people who are already qualified in.

What happens if it is not working out

You tell us early and we deal with it. Every learner has a named tutor and a review cycle precisely so problems surface at week six rather than month fourteen.

Are you the same company as Alphabet Training

Yes. Digitex Academy is the digital, IT and AI arm of Alphabet Training Group, UKPRN 10049431. Same provider, same quality team, same compliance. The branding is different because the sectors are.

Not sure which one

Describe the role and we will tell you

Ten minutes on the phone is usually enough to work out which programme fits, or whether an apprenticeship is the wrong answer altogether.
