Digitex exists because technology and creative roles need tutors who work in those fields, employers who understand them, and a curriculum that moves at the pace the sector moves.
Who we are
One provider, two brands, one track record
Alphabet Training Group is an established apprenticeship and skills provider based in Blackburn, UKPRN 10049431, delivering across Lancashire, Greater Manchester and West Yorkshire. It has been training people for the best part of a decade and carries the track record and the reputation to go with it.
The breadth is wide by design. Teaching assistants, business administration, pharmacy services, adult care, early years and Skills Bootcamps, all delivered by the same quality and compliance operation. Employers come back because the delivery holds up and the paperwork stands up to scrutiny.
Digitex Academy is that same organisation delivering the digital, creative, IT and AI side. Same compliance, same quality assurance, same safeguarding, same people behind the scenes. What changes is the sector knowledge, the tutors and the pace.

Why AI, and why now
Most businesses are not behind on AI. They are unadvised on it.
Staff are already using these tools. Usually without a policy, often with company information, and almost always without anyone measuring whether it is helping. The gap is not enthusiasm. It is capability and governance.
That is why AI runs through every Digitex programme rather than sitting in a separate course, and why we deliver the three Skills England Level 5 AI units for the leaders who have to answer for it. Within fifteen miles of Blackburn, only two providers are approved to deliver those units.
